Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiences that align with business goals and user needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
• Develop user journeys, user flows, and experience maps.
• Perform usability testing and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and best practices.
• Document design decisions and maintain organized project files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Solid understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) principles.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web/mobile.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end concepts is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with usability testing tools and analytics platforms.
• Basic understanding of front-end frameworks (Angular, React, Vue).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
