Job Description
We are looking for a results-oriented Odoo Sales Account Manager to join our team in Cairo. The ideal candidate will be passionate about ERP solutions and driven by achieving sales excellence. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term strategic relationships with clients to help them transform their businesses using Odoo ERP.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads to expand our client base for Odoo ERP solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, conducting demos, drafting proposals, and closing deals.
- Analyze client business needs to recommend the most suitable Odoo modules and configurations.
- Conduct professional product presentations and high-level system demonstrations to stakeholders.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate data, lead status, and sales forecasts.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate closely with the technical and implementation teams to ensure a smooth project handover.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 – 3 years of proven experience in ERP or software sales.
- Direct experience in Odoo sales is a mandatory requirement.
- Solid understanding of core business processes (Accounting, HR, Inventory, Sales, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Very good command of both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Familiarity with the latest Odoo versions and functional updates.
- Proven network within the local business community or specific industry sectors.
- Experience in consultative selling methodologies.
- Strong skills in preparing professional sales decks and financial proposals.
