Dig Electronic No Objection Certificate (Dig E-NOC)

The Dig E-NOC project, an online integrated system, was built to help prequalified consultants, contractors, and developers obtain right of way-related No Objection Certificates (NOCs). It is concerned with obtaining NOCs for all works that affect the Makkah roads Right of Way.
Applications for the right of way-related NOCs will be done online to assist applicants in obtaining their NOCs conveniently.
The NOC system is equipped with advanced platform tools that enable efficient communication for applicants during the assessment phase and, upon completing the requirements and gaining the final approval, be able to obtain the NOC on behalf of Holy Makkah Municipality. This is all in line with the project’s goal of expediting the issuing process for the right of way-related NOC applications.
