These ICT applications are aimed at boosting productivity, enhancing accountability, improving transparency, and facilitating public sector reform.
At all levels national, regional, and local enhanced knowledge management (KM) has become essential to the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing (MOMRAH) especially since it is a knowledge-based organization.
KM is also among the many initiatives in the Saudi Arabia e-Government Plans.
