Objectives and Key Results (OKR) Digital Transformation

Organizations commonly use Objectives and Key Results (OKR) as a management strategy in goal-setting. OKR unifies the direction in which team members and leaders are working whilst connecting organization, team, and personal goals into measurable and comprehensible results.

The Department has developed a model concerning the main objectives and results, provided by agencies and secretariats, to back up the Vision Realization Office at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing (MOMRAH)’s mission in providing value-added comprehensive and accurate projects and initiatives aimed at addressing values of quality, customer focus, transparency, and partnership.

With Task and Change Management, a comprehensive meeting and operational task management tool, the platform users are facilitated in creating, managing, tracking, and taking the appropriate actions to set up tasks such as holding meetings. This is in line with the platform’s goal of providing efficient projects, tasks, and meetings management.
