Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Generalist & Operations  to join our growing team in Mansoura. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR functions, supporting our talent acquisition efforts, and ensuring seamless employee operations. You will work closely with the HR team to maintain a productive and positive work environment that aligns with our company’s growth and culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selection.
• Handle daily HR operations, including employee documentation, contracts, and personnel files.
• Provide support for employee relations and address HR-related inquiries efficiently.
• Assist in organizational development initiatives and performance management processes.
• Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Ensure all HR activities comply with internal policies and Egyptian Labor Law.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 1 – 5 years of proven experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles.
• Solid knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and modern HR practices.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience with HRMS or HR automation tools.
• Professional HR certifications (e.g., HRCI, SHRM, or specialized diplomas).
• Experience in the software development or tech industry.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and HR metrics.
