Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and fast-learning Junior Odoo Implementer to join our growing ERP team. This role is a perfect opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about ERP systems and eager to build a career in business digital transformation. You will work closely with our functional and technical teams to deliver tailored Odoo solutions that help our clients optimize their business processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and customization of various Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, etc.).
• Analyze client business requirements and translate them into functional system specifications.
• Support senior implementers in mapping business processes to Odoo’s standard features.
• Assist in data migration, system testing, and quality assurance processes.
• Provide support and basic training to users during the system deployment phase.
• Document business workflows, user manuals, and project progress reports.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure functional requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, MIS, or a related field.
• 0 – 1 year of experience in ERP implementation or business analysis.
• Basic understanding of Odoo ERP modules and their functional workflows.
• Solid knowledge of core business processes (Accounting, Supply Chain, or Sales).
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a “can-do” attitude.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Familiarity with Odoo Studio or basic technical configuration.
• Previous internship experience in an ERP-related role.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
• Proficiency in creating flowcharts and process diagrams (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio).
